Blending Facilities
Our blending facilities have a capacity of approximately 100,000KL per year (based on a single shift) with 11 blending tanks that range from 2KL-350KL to accommodate various batch sizes. Our product range includes Marine, Automotive, and Industrial products, and we have filling lines for packaging sizes ranging from 1L to 22,500L flexibags. We are proud to produce both Gulf Products and White Label Products to meet the needs of our clients.
Laboratory Facilities
We are well-equipped to carry out rigorous quality control testing for lubricant products. With 16 different types of testing equipment available, we can perform a wide range of tests to ensure top-notch product quality. Our automated test equipment enhances efficiency and accuracy in the testing process. Additionally, we have plans to continually invest in upgrading our testing capabilities to maintain our commitment to excellence.
Storage Facilities
Our storage facility boasts a total capacity of approximately 100,000KL, featuring tank sizes ranging from 40KL product tanks to 6,800KL of base oil and gasoil tanks. We also offer 7,500sqm of warehouse space for your convenience. Our facility is ideal for storing petroleum products with Flash Point above 60oC, and our segregated tanks and dedicated pipelines ensure zero contamination risk. We are proud to comply fully with all Government regulations regarding health, safety, security and environment, giving you peace of mind when you store your products with us.
Wharf Facilities
Our wharf is 200m berth with 5.5.m draft (zero tides). It can receive vessels up to LOA of 112m and has a shore pumping rate of up to 1000mt/hr. The wharf facility operated 24/7 and 365 days per year.
