All quotations, orders, and supplies by Gulf Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. are subject to Gulf Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. Standard Conditions of Sale “T&Cs”, available for download below. By proceeding with any order or request for delivery, you agree to be bound by these "T&Cs".
Where Gulf Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. and a customer enters into a separate written agreement duly executed by authorised representatives of both parties governing the supply of goods and/or services, the terms of such agreement shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these "T&Cs."
